The material of high-pressure rubber hose is divided into non-metallic materials and metal materials. Non-metallic materials in the high-pressure rubber hose production process often used are nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber. Now high-pressure rubber hose using new materials: (1) EPDM: excellent heat resistance, steam resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance and excellent electrical insulation properties, especially glycol ethers brake and resistance to liquid vegetable oil is better. (2) chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber: excellent resistance to ozone and weathering properties. Good chemical resistance, excellent flame resistance, oil resistance and tear resistance class. Suitable for the manufacture of strong corrosion medium, flame-resistant high-pressure rubber tube ozone aging requirements, especially for manufacturing use in harsh atmosphere of the outer rubber hose. (3) Aramid fibers: aramid fibers with ultra-high strength, high modulus and high temperature, acid, light weight, excellent performance, which is seven times the strength of steel. 2-3 times the modulus of steel or fiberglass. Toughness is 2 times the wire, the quality is only about 1/5 of the wire at a temperature of 450 ℃, does not decompose, does not melt, and has good insulating properties and anti-aging properties.
